Soprano Kyaunnee Richardson will be making three debuts. Her first debut will be with the Charleston Symphony Orchestra as the Soprano Soloist in the Sunset Serenade Concert and her Carnegie Hall debut as a Soprano Soloist in Mozart’s Vesperae solennes de Dominica KV. 321 presented by MidAmerica Productions in New York City in May 2025. Following that, she will be heading to Iowa to sing the role of Johanna in the Stephen Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street and joins the Ensemble in Annie with the American Gothic Performing Arts Festival in June 2025.

2023/24 Season was a wonderful year filled with achievements and wonderful debuts. Kyaunnee will be moving forward into more debuts in the 2024/25 Season.
Starting off the season in New York, Kyaunnee will be featured as a guest artist in Harlem Opera Festival 2024 | Opera Ebony’s Winner’s Concert. Following that, she’ll be making her debut Amelia Island Opera in the role of Gretel in Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel in October. In November, Kyaunnee returns to Amelia Island Opera to be featured on their “La Dolce Vita” Gala Concert and a soloist in “This Land is Your Land” presented by the First Delray Concert Series. In December, Kyaunnee returns with Candlelight Concerts as a soprano soloist in their Holiday Concert.
In 2025, she’ll be a featured soloist again in the First Delray Concert Series “Gershwin Concert”.
