Kyaunnee Richardson has been named one of the finalist for the 2020 SAS Performing Arts Company and Studios Vocal Competition Opera Division. This year, the Finalist Concert will be streamed on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 3pm via SAS Performing Arts Company and Studios Inc YouTube Channel.
Kyaunnee Richardson will be performing the role of Adele in Johann Strauss’ Die Fledermaus.

Recently, Kyaunnee joined Hued Songs and Magic City Opera as a featured soloist as part of the Make Music Miami online musical celebration at the Olympia Theater in Downtown Miami.
While singers and other artists around the world wait for live performance opportunities to resume, legendary musical theater composer Andrew Lloyd Webber launched a virtual cadenza challenged based around his “Phantom of the Opera” character Christine Daaé’s “Think of Me.” Joining his judging panel were London’s BAFTA-Award winning comedian Graham Norton and former Christine Daaé (Las Vegas, Broadway and Live! Royal Albert Hall 25th Anniversary) Sierra Boggess. Out of 1,500 online video submissions, Kyaunnee was featured as one for he honorable mentions, being dubbed by Sir Webber with having sung the “World’s Longest Cadenza.”

For their 2019-2020 season, Ms. Richardson will be singing the Soprano Solo in Handel's Messiah with New Presbyterian Church Concert Series. She is excited to be singing one of the most famous world renown oratorio works with the well-known "Hallelujah Chorus" under the baton of Music Director, Michael Irvin and Johnathan Moore. After her summer residency with the Utah Festival Opera, Kyaunnee returns to Florida as a Guest Artist in the Concert Series at the Holy Sacrament Episcopal Church in Pembroke Pines.
After making a special appearance with the South Florida Symphony Orchestra, Ms. Richardson will be making her debut as Clara in a semi-stage production of Gershwin's Porgy and Bess with the South Florida Symphony Orchestra in January 2019. This will mark the symphony's 21st year for their 2018/2019 season.
